The studio
egg with wings is a mobile game studio in South Korea. We make small games for phones, and we intend to release them worldwide. Nothing of ours is out yet.
An egg is a small thing at the start of something, and wings are what get it somewhere. We want to make games that stay small and travel anyway.
Work
What we make
Short-session games for phones, played in portrait with one thumb. Four minutes at a bus stop is a whole session. There is no tutorial to sit through first.
The scope is small on purpose. We can finish a small game, tune it properly, and keep fixing it for years afterwards.
Our games are in English. There is very little to read and nothing at all to type. Support is answered in Korean or English, and the privacy policy and the terms are published in both, with the Korean text governing.
Rules
What we won't do
All of these were settled before any game code was written. Later would have been much harder.

No casino mechanics.
No reels, no wagering, and nothing to cash out. Randomness decides what happens next in the game. Nothing you own is ever on the table.

Ads ask first.
An ad in one of our games starts with a question, and the button that declines is the same size as the one that accepts. Nothing counts down while you decide, and you only have to say no once.

No chat, no usernames.
There is nowhere in any of our games to type anything. That leaves nothing for us to moderate and no way for a stranger to reach you.

You never pay for the last piece.
If a game of ours has a set to complete, the last piece is never behind a paid random draw. Where a random reward does exist, we publish the odds the game actually runs on.

Not built for children.
Our games are made for teenagers and adults, and we will submit them for rating on that basis. None of them goes into a store's children's programme, and none is designed to reach anyone under 13.

We collect as little as possible.
The less we hold, the less there is to lose. Our first game keeps its save file on your device and has no account at all. If a game ever needs to store something, the privacy policy says what and why.

Everything on this page came from this domain. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no fonts, scripts or embeds fetched from anyone else.
A site whose main job is to host a privacy policy should not be handing your IP address to four other companies while you read it. What our host records, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
